You can tell the work went into this video in so many ways. The jump cuts, the sound suppression, holding tickets so you can see them, doing various products and not the same ones. This is insane Stephen, keep up the good work!!

So cool seeing this as a customer and having a greater understanding on how much work goes into each large meal I might order.

I love how you put the cheese back together there at the end.

Your restaurant is always so clean. Makes me more comfortable eating at McDonald’s!

You can tell that this man has been working at the craft for a great many shifts. The skill, the confidence and dare I say bravado….

Love that there is Christmas music playing in the background on the radio in the store.

We need more content like this so that everyone can appreciate fast food workers. And on top of all the work you guys do it's a not tip scenario. If anyone can learn anything from this video I'd hope that they would finally find the values of "patience is a virtue" it goes so so far.

Respect fast food workers. They work harder than many people in other positions and fast food is definitely not "low skill." It can be especially hard for night shift who have loads of additional responsibilities on top of multiple rushes throughout the night. Espeeecially if you work at a 24 hour location. We worked night shift at McDonald's and we always had just 1 manager and 2 crew, me included. 1 went home, then we had to do cash only, no POS machines or calculators, all head math. Which meant our manager was doing cash only and I alone was taking orders from both drive thru lanes, the lobby, manning every single cooking station, juggling a LOT of head math, assembling and bagging the orders, taking payment, (and if I got my math wrong, which is inevitable at some point, I would be in trouble by the GM) and handing out orders. And again, our lobby was also open and I couldn't close it. I had numerous people yelling at me, and a couple we accidentally handed the food before taking payment who then drove off. It was hell and why I never want to work there again, but dreadfully, will probably have to. Its stupid hard to find work despite so many employers complaining "nobody wants to work anymore!" Upper management is always unresponsive, apathetic, or actively hostile to crew. And the night shift are the most fucked over of all, but lunch shift is also really difficult. More than half the people you meet at McDonald's as a fellow crew member, you WILL see burn out and quit. And I don't blame them one bit. Its insanely stressful and wreaks havoc on your body. Also, never give them your 2 weeks, because they WILL punish you for it and work you to the bone thru to your last day and then try to guilt trip you into working past that date.

RESPECT FAST FOOD WORKERS

Its fucking hard

Found your channel yesterday, and you've got nothing but my respect. I remember working for McDonald's during high school and college, so these videos take me back. Thank you for sharing.

I enjoyed how to re-assembled that cheese slice at the end, as if the customer would take one bite and be like "This cheese isn't whole! This burger is RUINED!"

Extra tarter on a fishwich? That is swimming in tarter.... every bite, a squirt on the shirt.

Man, you guys have such a more nicer and cleaner store than what we have at where I work.
Everything’s laid out so much more evenly and all of that jazz.

Here’s to the holidays and snow to slow business in a way, I think?

This guy cares so much more about his job than most of my visits to McDs

Most of all this man, the famed McDonald's machines other videos most impressive qualities are the speed and skill of service without compromising a cool and calm state. But this one, the most impressive thing is working in a kitchen in a sweater without heat stroke.
