Funniest part is she's also a slightly worse Cryo Buffer compared to Shenhe.
She's the only Natlan Cryo unit yet, so even if she doesn't have anything for her Kit, just 40% Cryo damage bonus is still a LOT. Similar to how Kachina, inspite of doing nothing is one of the better Geo buffers just cause of Scrolls.

That Artifact set is nutty balls bro.

I'm always disappointed when cc's don't discuss sac frags on her. Definitely her comfiest option in terms of overall ER, shield strength, ability to refresh shields, additional nightsoul generation, and even personal damage.

Once u try her with sac frags, u won't go back

Citlali was my first captured radiance. I honestly don't even need her, but I'm obsessed with her character so I pulled and now I'm going to find every excuse to play as her.

The question is how many teams character enable. If Mavuika demands characters for herself but Citlali can create new teams or improve forgotten ones. So from horizontal investment view Citlali is much better. I just hope game will give her to me

Just a random tip: If you do not have Citlali or Xilonen, but you have Mavuika and want to see big screen nukes, Diona and Sucrose are viable replacements. Especially C6 Diona.

In my case, I only have Xilonen. If you're showcasing your screen nuke on Scaramouche boss, C6 Diona might be better than Citlali since his Pyro RES are already in the negatives even without Xilonen, which might have diminishing returns. Might as well give Diona Instructor set and give Mavuika a f ton of EM.

Yoimiya can melt with citlali quite decently,
it's just that the boss you're testing on drops some flammable dendro stuff, which causes it to catch Burning.
So the cryo app was overpowered too easily.

I pull Citlali purely for Arlecchino but I also happen to have Mavuika so it was worth it. I usually try to avoid pulling for character with the same role but they are just too good man, oh and I kinda like how they work together

I saved a long time to C6 Mavurika so I had no plans of getting Citlali. I already had Furina so I thought I was fine... I ended up pulling Citlali after watching a few videos and I don't think I've ever seen such a massive damage boost from a character before. I'm so happy I did.

I got Citlali C2 for Yoimiya who can hit up to 300K+ on a normal attacks now with Xilonen and Ganyu on Elegy. Yoimiya, like some other pyros needs double cyro to melt reliably or she can one-tap mobs in AOE since ICD is separate for each enemy.

We need more support artifact options. Cinder City is broken but only one character can buff at once. If there was a 5 star Instructors set it might be best in slot when running Xilonen in a second slot for Mavuika. We have a diverse amount of supports and most support sets came out at launch or the very early game. It would also make low damaging elemental applicators in different niches have potential use cases on meta teams.

Sacrificial fragments is good too, it helps her max out nightsoul points for longer cryo, and more ult uptime.
