The last time the Traveler encountered Signora, Paimon remarks how they still need to get all 7 elements before they can have a good shot at fighting her. However, Signora is defeated only after obtaining three. The reason? The Traveler only had access to Anemo and Geo at that time. Signora isn't always afflicted with Pyro or Cryo, so Swirl and Crystalize won't take place. With Electro, the Traveler has a basis for those elemental reactions at their control.
