Edit: Furina technically was once an archon cuz she was considered as one for almost 500yrs. That logic is the same with puppet Shogun who took the role of Archon & Shogun of Inazuma.

Baal and Beelzebul have the same Divine Ideal: Eternity. They just have different views on it: Ei/Beelzebul thought of Eternity as "stasis", while Makoto/Baal saw Eternity as "everlasting change" (as someone stated below), thus transience. But the Ideal in itslef is still Eternity regarless.

I don't care what anyone says, Furina is as worthy of an Archon as all of the others. It shouldn't matter whether she's a god or not, because she still carried the responsibilities of a god while only being a human for 500 years, on top of carrying an immense burden alone and keeping it entirely secret for all this time.
