I don't animate that much, but it's a fun exercise for me to learn movement and expressions! I have always loved animation and I do hope that I get to take my time to improve better. Plus for now, I only do it as a hobby.😁

I think the small short projects has definitely been something I’ve learned helps me do more. But I do still get tripped up trying to learn EVERYTHING in the one project I’m doing. I think picking one thing to focus on per project is nice! Focusing on one thing to explore leaves less overwhelming artistic decisions to make, if that makes sense. Thanks for the video!!!

Any advice on how to come up with ideas to what to animate. I'm so indecisive and feel like I don't have great ideas, so it's hard to animate anything

Did you ever feel like that? If so how did ypu get out of not being able yo decide what to do

Awesome tips, thank you so much for this! I've only animated once so far in 2d, for a 2 week competition, . I learned so much with how to manage my time and what worked and what didn't, and I'm glad I ended up convincing myself to animate on 2s as it nearly killed me with the amount you need to put in for animating and colouring etc. Will defiently keep all that you kindly shared with us today in mind when I retrain in 3d animation, to hopefully become a feature animation animator.

Oh and just wanted to ask a question if it is ok, what type of glove to you use by any chance? I've been using a Xencelabs glove so far with my cintiq pro (ended up investing in the 27 las year, with it being my first screen tablet) but noticed it soaks up hand sweat very quickly and thus then hard to work on the tablet.

So if I add references to my videos, I can add in any storytime animator in my videos and they wouldn't mind either?

So if you ask someone for permission by email, let's say theAMaazing or SomethingElseYT for example, how do you know if they will reply back? I want to send an email to a YouTuber about the permission for references and stuff and I was worried that they won't reply back. 😔

My advice to child me would be to uninstall League Of Legends because it's way too distracting and I have to practice animation more x)
