Best tutorial for beginners so far. I like your video. And I also use the sync button ... cause I have no mixing equipment. And fitting the bpms with the mouse is too hard and I think not possible to get a perfect beatmatch. And just for demonstrating the basics it is not necessary at this point to waste time on such details. So I don't understand when people critize that.
But I have one question: If you use for example PioneerCDJs, you cannot put these waveforms over each other like you did it in 2:00 because you see them only one song on each CDJ don't you? :-/ Or can you use VirtualDJ and PioneerCDJs together for overlapping them? I hope you can understand my question. My english isn't the best :-|

Good tutorial for beginners. I am also new to mixing songs, but it hurts to see that there are so many people who don't look for the beats while mixing (look at the beat thingy at the top) and there is also a sync button which is pretty useful.

Hi good morning ...Nice tutorial ... I am using Vyrtual DJ too but with a DJ controller from numark ..better experience ...I use mostly the beat to beat to mix the songs ...I love drum n bass so IT IS different like the straight beat but really fun.

Is there any way to record segments of a song and then play it back also is it possible to just start two tracks at the same time?
