How To Apply Transitions to All Clips On Wondershare Filmora

I wonder how I can do this for applying transforms? That's what I need.
There are number of things they didn't do right with the software and I'm kind of disappointed.
Animations had flimsy control. and linear interpolation only. :(
I'm a programmer and I know it's not that hard to get it right.
