What are the problems "all kit lens' suffer from"? I am currently shopping around cameras and looking at the EOS 2000d kit with the 18-55 lens. What are the considerations you're implying in the video? I'm sure it'll be fine for a true beginner, but I am just curious to understand what those limiting factors are or 'problems' that kit lenses suffer from?

The greatest disadvantage of the RF 50/1.8 is that it’s not very good, optically, at the widest setting, where you’d want to use it. Hate the build quality, too, and the dearth of accessories.

$450 is not "budget" for us college students that are into photography. lol. (Every video so far has had this same trend - lens is supposed to be budget but ends up being 1/4-1/3 of our monthly income)
