Me 47yo (M) with a 33yo (f). I can relate to this topic. A while ago I felt in the “giving too much compliments” to the girl until she got overwhelmed.
One day she told me she didn’t feel the same way and felt bad. Instinctively I thought alright let’s move on, short after at a event we were at I met this beautiful Brazilian, even younger, we clicked and were laughing and having flirtatious fun, the other girl was furious when she realized she wasn’t on the pedestal being in the focus of all my attention anymore… after that she gave a 180 degree turn. This is all pretty basic dating advice, very little is specific to older guys trying to date younger women. I'm only in my late 30's and I can tell you that girls in their 20's will pull the age difference card even if you do everything he's talking about, look years younger than you are, keep yourself in great shape, and are outgoing and charismatic.

Heck, I remember being 32-34 and in great shape, charismatic etc. and having girls who were 26 tell me I was too old for them.
