Kerala is slowly becoming an old age home since newer generations have migrated to developed countries.

He is saying the cliche, borrowed answer that German friends will stay forever once you have them. As if he has experienced it forever. Some Germans are cold and lack any emotions. While others are polite and diplomatic. He is just being politically correct and diplomatic here.

This man is comparing a developed nation and developing nation. Not apple to apple. If money is the motto, there is wider world and you have all justifications.

Kerala people anyways look for outside oppurtunity. More than 90% work outside of their state. That's a cultural norm there. And for Indians here working in offshore, indian onsite is worse and presure us to do extra and all. And schedule calls in their own time. And german people in onsite have clear goals nd easy to work.

Although germen work culture is great but in india its not like if dont do something you are fired. He haven't worked much so offcourse he dont know about indian work culture. Yes its lot of pressure and not so work life balance like germany.

Sad to here that people go abroad and still practice cast system.
Still people say India does not need reservation.

I have worked in Germany and other parts of the world. In India we have several challenges unlike Germany, such as issues with traffic, public transportation, weather etc. German work style appears relaxed and at times way too slow to comprehend. In India managers have to handle team members who come from different parts of the country, speak different languages, from varied backgrounds, religious beliefs and economic situations. I believe that working and building teams in India is far more challenging and rewarding than in developed economies.

Germans follow all their rules, but in India we don't. This is key difference. If we Indians start doing that then our country can do so much better.
