Niko's the eternal optimists;..'it doesnt look that bad" when its a bona fide totaled wreck! The best Bed option is to install a flat utility bed and get a complete cab relalcement or make the cab a convertible.. !

To help you decide what to do, if it were me, I'd remove all the destroyed parts (front sheet metal, bed, LF door, etc), get the RF suspension to where it rolls, then put it on your frame rack and assess the condition of the frame. That would tell you if it's even worth continuing as a rebuild, or if it just becomes your donor truck for a truck that is in better condition that perhaps needs a drivetrain upgrade.

Nice start it can only get better after you remove the damaged parts and even if you put used front end on to make it a roller it will dramatically make a visual difference
