Serious Driving Test Fault #4

You see the student on the driving test approach two vans parked on the left near a bend. At this point you should be thinking, slow down a bit just incase a car comes around the bend and forces you to giveaway. But the student must of not anticipated this happening or was not aware of the car coming. By driving past the vans on the driving test and forcing the white oncoming car to stop will result in a serious fault for meeting traffic and fail you the driving test.

This fault can be avoided if the student slowed down in anticipation of the bend and gave way when seeing the oncoming car.

I would stop far behind t9 let traffic past, then go slowly past when its clear but it would be difficult to see so i think its unfare fail here.
