When I saw your rucking video I thought it was so badass that you were taking 10, 000+ steps per day with 30 lbs on your body. I weigh around 170, I’m in literal fighting shape, and I don’t think I would voluntarily walk 10, 000 steps wearing 30 lbs on me.

U might consider putting the weight on your shoulders. That way u put that bone-density-challenge all the way up to your shoulderbones, not just stop at the hipbone.
Also makes your core strong that way. Cheers.

I like ankle weights more than belts or vests. In high school cross country training, after wearing these for a five mile run, there was an amazing lighter than air rebound in my feet just wanting to start moving.

I feel like if I use 10 percent of my body weight I will be exhausted 😂 i use a weight vest though! But this looks really nice!
