LPT: In this situation just simple ask them their name. When they say their name or get upset or let down that you don’t know their name hit them with “I know your name, I’m talking about your last name” Bam! Both names. You can say “I was looking you up on social media and couldn’t find you” to sell it more. Works all the time for me.
