Good advice as always. Another point I might add that my first mentor gave me was no chemicals. Try to refrain from all drugs and alcohol while your mind is awakening or you will not adjust properly. Messages and astral experiences may stop or be forgotten. Keep your bodies clean from chemical pollution.

Here's my contribution- the power in music/vibration
For me it was VERY powerful .
Make a collection of music from childhood to the present. Songs from childhood such as willy wonka- greese -somewhere over the rainbow etc...all the way to adulthood . Gather all meaning full songs anywhere from country to rock again it must be meaning full to you. Then find a quiet place and listen to the rhythm of the music and pay "tribute" to your 3-D life .

It truly will inspire you and will help with the raising of the collective consciousness.
