AB, I love the idea of fried shrimp on a deviled egg! Maybe it's because I am from New England but I have never had a deviled egg with pickles! Maybe it's a texture thing, but my filling has to be smooth! I'm good with everything else but I'da put prepared horseradish in my yolk mixture. That would have kicked it up and given you your vinegar component. And bacon is interesting. I love bacon on an egg salad sandwich!

For the eggs, gotta dunk them after the water is boiled. Throw in a splash of vinegar with the water too. The shells will fall off the bone when it comes to peeling them.

Boil for 12 minutes exactly and the yolks won’t end up gray

I use dill and pickled jalapeños in mine. I also use a dash of Louisiana brand hot sauce.

I love watching you cook. But one thing I hate just as much as my cooking Teacher is Relish in Deviled Eggs. My Teacher was a Chef, he never understood why let's say some people want to put Relish in Deviled Eggs! None of the people I've cook for or my family all agreed No Relish! We were also taught what different terminologies in cooking mean. For example, Devil means Hot that's why Deviled Eggs were meant to be Hot. Of course, One can choose not to have it hot it's a personal choice. We also use dry mustard in our Deviled Eggs and White Pepper and Salt. I add a secret ingredient. Everyone loves the way I make my Devil Eggs.

Hey 🆎 Those look sooo CU-YOOT!! Those would be nice for a small gathering.
I start with cold water if I’m boiling eggs. Once the water starts boiling I turn the flame off, cover the pot and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
