Makeing pride flags in games like Minecraft, researching things and saying it’s for a project if I get caught, colors, and listening to songs/watching movies and youtubers are what I’ve been doing. My mom and them are none the wiser.

I’m out to one of my cousins and I’m going to schedule a hangout night with her to celebrate a little bit.

I’m also out to online friends whom I talk to regularly and I’m planning to come out to my irl best friend.

Being in the closet is so difficult. When I first started questioning I never really realised how hard this journey of figuring myself out was going to be. I know I am Lesbian but I don't know how my family will react to me telling them. I think my mum will accept me but I don't know about my dad, I think my grandparents will but you know different generation and all that 😐 It doesn't help that one of the only women in the media and on American TV (Ellen Degeneres) is leaving her show and all that other "cancel culture" drama is happening and it makes me sad. I am really struggling now 😢 She was the first woman that I saw that was gay that made me realise that what I was feeling was ok and that I could still be happy. I just don't know what to do with myself, sometimes I wake up and I feel like telling my mum but then I just don't and I have been up and down about it for months. It sometimes feels that I will be stuck in the closet forever 😢 I would like a girlfriend but fear is stopping me.
I know this comment is personal but I really needed to get my feelings out . I hope you can understand.
