Actually, Veterans get 3 months. April is the Month of the Military Child, May is National Military Appreciation Month, and November is Military Family Month.

Veterans also have quite a few days to celebrate, like June 27th being National PTSD Awareness Day, July 27 being Korean War Veterans Armistice Day, and Aug 7th being Purple Heart Day. Just to name a few.

There’s also more military observance days, weeks, and May is dedicated to military too. In fact, THEY HAVE ENTIRE BOOKS ON DIFFERENT MILITARY HOLIDAYS!!!!
