OK when I click on add accounts and all of the email accounts comes up, my Gmail account is not listed in those accounts. How do I get my Gmail account added to this List?.. if it is not on this list it refuses to let me add my email into the windows 11 system. Can you help me please?

I checked here because I thought I was doing something wrong. However, I am doing exactly this and I can't get my ATT account back on my PC. When I did this it gave a message that it could not contact the server, try later. I give up! 🤔🤨🙄

This only added an account to the Windows mail app, not MS Outlook. I use both and need different accounts in each one

Did they fix the mail app in the sense that currently when you add a Google mail account it doesn’t allow you to enter a “sent from” name for that account. It will send the email from whatever your listed name is in your Microsoft account. They used to have an option for “sent from” name in the account manage screen but for some reason took it out. Now, no matter how many email accounts you add…They all are sent from the same name. So stupid. You’re the only guy doing windows 11 mail app reviews so can you check if they fixed that? Thanks.
