This was extremely had to see, with the camera CONSTANTLY going out of focus at the important parts. I still managed to fix my controller, the buttons where extremely sticky to due a lemonade spill, one thing i picked up on, in this video tutorial, once the back was taken off, there was two wires that he took off, he forgot to re-attach those wires, so for anybody wondering the same thing, the left wire goes to the top port, the right wire goes to the bottom port DO NOT FORGET to put these wires back in place or your controller may not work, if you followed completely through the whole time and did not pick up on this error, there is a possibility that those wires aren't plugged in on your controller too, i'd advise you take apart the controller once again, and reconnect the wires *with golden heads* to the two ports in the middle of the second data plate, i noticed this and thankfully remembered where to put them, if you do not remember, to make sure, search "xbox series s/x controller disassembly and reassembly". Good luck, don't fuck this up.

Also, a good tip if you dont want to cancel your warranty, or are to afraid to open up the entire controller, a solution is to spray a little bit of pure alcohol on your buttons, (controller off), and star to press the buttons, 99% of the cases it should start to get a lot better. then just let it dry or a hour or so,

just rubbing the alcohol packs on top of the buttons without disassembling the whole controller will likely fix a lot of minor sticky button issues. worked great for me, worth a try before you go about doing all this
