Hell yeah cats can be loud. First time I ever pet-sitted a cat, it howled at the top of its lungs the first night. As for MY cat, the one time he had to spend the night at my neighbor's house (my apartment at the time was about to be inspected and they didn't know I had a cat, therefore he was a fugitive), they called me and put me on speaker phone to hear that my cat was screaming at the top of his lungs due to hating his new "living space". God help you if you're unlucky enough to deal with a screaming cat. Lol

As a former owner of 8 cats (all at once) they can be VERY loud. My mother went as far as threatening them once. 😂

The first pet we lost was our dog buddy. He lived 14 and a half years before he passed on, I cried so hard when he went.

When my teacher's cat of thirteen years had to be put to sleep we threw her a party brought food decorated the library and I wrote her poem and had everyone sign it. She was both are homeroom teacher and our favorite teacher and that's one of my happiest school memories.
