I think the "onions on the side" guy meant that he wanted onions like a side dish. Like fries or potato wedges sometimes come with burgers??

I remember watching these videos before I started working at food places and thinking “man it must be tough working at restaurants and stuff”

and now as someone who works at a noodle place, James is absolutely correct and didn’t exaggerate anything

The fact that James went from making Youtube videos to being an actual director of an animation series in Netflix is proof that with enough dedication anything is possible.

I work at mcdonalds and almost every day this lady comes in with her dog and buys an icecream cone for him. Its not annoying, its just adorable
