Allergic rhinitis is an allergic inflammation of the nasal airways that occurs when an allergen, such as pollen, is inhaled by an individual with a sensitized immune system. This type of allergic rhinitis is commonly referred to as hay fever.

Pollen is an allergen that and can aggravate allergic rhinitis and several respiratory diseases, including asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Aeroallergens can also act with other harmful air pollution to worsen respiratory diseases.

Allergies are common and a person's genes and environment may help determine if one is more likely to get allergies. Since hay fever involves an allergic reaction to pollen, the amount of pollen in the air will affect whether symptoms will develop or not.

I’m going to make a recommendation to everyone suffering from hay fever or allergies, first of all I’ve suffered from both my entire life all year round. Until I researched iodine and vitamin d. If you take the purest form of iodine you can find 1 drop in water and 1 vitamin D everyday your hay fever and allergies will disappear within 2 weeks and your immune system will be pumping on all cylinders. I’m 44 and I’m having the best breathing through my nose I’ve ever had without drugs. If you’ve suffered as I have I would give this ago. You won’t regret it.
