In the last 70 years of life on our planet, UNHCR has played a significant role in creating the magic of compassion.
It has fought against the exploitation of every kind.
It has fought for the rights of the refugees from Rohingya to the displaced homes of Yemen and Syria.
It stood between the attacker and the victim like a shield to protect the latter.

It made the sea divide and guide people who had no state of their own. It became an umbrella when torrential rains created catastrophic effects—70 years to the biggest gift to humanity.
