i like that hint of oyster sauce, nice way to add some extra umami. i also like maanchi's recipe of topping the japchae with some julienned eggs for some extra colour

i tried that loco moco yesterday! that sauce really is so easy to make and so nice, i might have to find more things to pair the sauce with lol

I finally got around to making this dish and its amazing! Couldnt find a place with the wood ear mushroom (either no stock or just dont carry them) but id still give the recipe 5 stars!

(Personal note: If you are enjoying smoked green beans while you make this, and when you drain them you forget to pull it out so its just a ball of noodles, the cooling process STILL seperates the noodles)
