That Financial District apt was legit! Definitely see the appeal though of the East Village. We were torn between the East Village (Stuytown) and the Upper East Side (Yorkville) when we moved back. With kids the UES just makes the most sense.

I'll take my 3 bedroom off grid home in the Seqoiua National Forest In The Sierra Nevada Mountains, California. I'm enjoying my view of the swollen creek running wild outside my huge windows while I chill with a great cup of espresso. If you ever make it out this way we'll treat you to a rafting trip on us!
