Now, my concern. I am working on my credit now so that it's 750 ish when I have to move out hopefully but my problem is I CAN budget and pay my rent but don't make $4500 a month to afford a $1500. I just don't get it. This is so outdated. You cant tell me EVERY SINGLE PERSON renting has a perfect scenario. I have amazing on-time payments so clearly im doing something right.

The lowest application fee I've seen is $200 you have to make 3 × The rent

when renting my first apartment I was asked to provide a bank statement and two biweekly stubs which I got from Cyber Credible and got approved. He's helpful and I will advise y'all to let a professional guild you through your apartment application to avoid getting denied

this recommendation is very helpful I will edit my old paystub with Cyber credible and just one bank statement is enough. I can't afford to get denied because of missing information

I’m talking to a potential landlord but he sent me a link to put in some information to pull up my credit score and screenshot it to him..
I’m wondering if he’s legit? It’s my first time looking for an apartment and I’d thought we’d meet in person for my info etc.
Found him on Craigslist.
Any answers appreciated
