I'm going to stop having tea or coffee right after a meal. In fact, I'm going to have my tea etc before my meal...30 minutes before. That suits me just fine. I didn’t know about the tea after meals and its effect on iron absorption. I am going to wait at least an hour after meals and try to drink more white tea. Thank you for this info.
