I think this is a really great series that you have going here. It really provides the engineering community with a lot of insight into various careers and how people have navigated life after university. If I were to suggest something that could be improved upon in future editions, I would highly suggest trying to switch from more of an interview-style meeting to a conversation. I noticed that the same questions are asked to each individual, and I think it would be much more impactful if the questions were focused on their unique background, education and experiences. I think this would allow for more of a dialogue where you can let the story and responses of the individual guide the discussion as opposed to the questions.

I watched this video because I want to be an environmental engineer like her! I’m a little nervous about the amount of work this major entails in college and being a female in the field. But after hearing her story, I am inspired that I can do it too. Thank you for this interview!
