As a french guy I can give you 2 tips :
-First, you can use beer instead of cream for a light version, it's really good
-Second, for the oil, use a small potatoe, cut it in half, pick it with a fork and then you can spread the oil with it, you'll need less oil and it's fun to do

Bonus tip : you can use a few drops of rhum, it's amazing !

In Canada we make crepes quite often at family brunches. But it's normally with fruits, like berries and bananas. Then we top it with a little maple syrup... it's Canada after all. These look good too though, will definitely try the egg one.

Yes. Absolutely amazing. I like the addition of crumbled biscuits. You are the first I see using biscuits. I
always add to my icecream (when I serve) coconut crumbled biscuits on top of nuts, sauce, fruits, cream but not the pancake. Very good idea. Thanks Akis.

If I'm proud of anything, then that's gonna be my crepes. They become so velvety and delicious :P I use melted butter for the mix and also to grease the pan.

I make my Manicotti with crepes. They melt in your mouth! So yummy.

Well. It was not a good idea to watch it at 10pm right before bed, was it... 😄 I'm a crepe enthusiast but I 've only tried it with sour cream and chicken, not eggs, thanks for the idea!
