I want to make savory chicken and mushroom crepes, covered in a bechamel sauce with parmesan cheese and thyme.
My mother use to make desert crepes. She was from Croatia and they call them palacinke, they have jelly and walnuts inside and we would top them with powdered sugar. We love your recipes, we're watching from the U.S ❤

love crepes, I try to make it almost every weekend or so. For breakfast I stuff mine with raspberries, blueberries and banana topped with creme anglais, and for lunch I'll have it with a slice of ham, roll a few asparagus topped with hollandaise sauce YUM, YUM, YUM

hi is it possible to use a flour other than wheat flour for anything that contains more in 14% wheat flour gives me problems with eczema and stomach pain?

Why are these better than regular crepes? Just because instead of animal milk you have plant milk? You still use eggs. 🤯
