Buying Bitcoin can seem a daunting prospect, especially if you are new to the asset. So in this video I will go through 2 of the best methods for buying bitcoin, using my go to crypto exchange kraken. The first method will show you the absolute easiest way you can purchase bitcoin using apple pay or a credit card, but this is actually best avoided. You get charged a significant fee for this convenience, so the better way to purchase is to deposit fiat currency first (GBP regular pounds cash). Once you have done this you can buy with a much smaller fee for simply taking this extra step.

So this is obviously great as it cuts your fees, but there is an even better method which is slightly more complicated. This involves spot trading and using the kraken pro app, which is a little more advanced. It may seems scary but its also really simple to use once you know how, and your fees will be halved compared to using the regular kraken app.
