I have always enjoyed how Jaspreet relays his messages. Unlike many others; the manner in which he approaches his lessons of finance are never condescending or arrogant. One thing you missed regarding property management companies. The good ones are well versed in landlord/tenant laws, so they will guide you away from troubling people and issues. They also protect you from yourself...
