Ha ha ha!... my friend started suffering swelling in the legs and joints....very painful experience. I asked her to stop eating any type of dairy products like milk, cheese, yoghurt, etc., and avoid tomato like the plague. In less that 2 weeks, she reverted to normalcy.... and everytime we meet, I get a thank you

For that my grandparents lived to 100 years old with no diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, no allergies, no asthma and their own teeth in their mouth. I don't remember them sick in bed more then 2-3 days. Because they were drinking and make cheese from fresh milk from their own animals ( cows, goats, sheep).

Im an old man and love all things dairy and it helped me greatly to put some weight back on after surgery recently. Also the milk we find in supermarkets these days has been ruined by processing.

In Switzerland, there is a small village where many of the inhabitans live to be centenarians - I think they have the most centarians in the world. Do you want to know what their diet consists of? Dairy. Tons of cheese, yogurt, and milk.

My mother was a believer in the goodness of milk and gave us all we wanted, which was a lot. We were given free milk in primary school every day. I am now 73 and still love a glass of milk now and then and it on my cereal and in my tea and coffee. If it is poison then it must be a slow one that takes more than a lifetime to kick in.

People in Mongolia are totally dependent on dairy products and they are healthy as hell...

I think she should differentiate between grass fed no antibiotic free roaming cows and grain fed factory cows

A lot of it will be based on your genetics. Some people will be totally fine with dairy in their diet, and others will thrive without it. We are all different, you got to see what’ll work for you best.

I know pasteurized milk is bad, but milk that has been microfiltered and used at a low temperature to extend shelf life still contains beneficial ingredients. Polish doctor Grazyna Cichosz from the University of Warmia and Mazury has a completely different opinion about consuming dairy products and emphasizes how beneficial it is to the human body.

Fueling our bodies with proper nutrition has become such a complicated endeavour. Starts off by leaving out all the bad sugary foods then bad oils.... Eventually even milk is not good, what are we left If I have to take what most influencers recommend are not sufficient there would be nothing left to eat

Sometimes I go for a hike and after days of only drinking water I can tell that the best feeling in the world ever is that first glass of icy cold milk.

There is a huge difference between natural milk and pasteurised milk, pure natural milk is super healthy, it's the pastursation that is bad

I hate to beak it to you, but the body doesn’t burn protein for energy normally. Protein is used to build structures and hormones in the body.

Parsley! So many benefits calcium is just one!

No education here, the protein is not burnt as fuel, it's used to build muscle. She forgot to mention the fat that would be burnt as fuel.

I couldn't disagree more. I believe whole fat dairy is healthy. It's the low-fat that causes problems.

Milk protein isn’t meant to be burned as fuel - carbohydrates are.
But, milk proteins a excellent for tissue repair and growth, and milk fats are great for hormone production
