When you're carrying so many contracts and want to hold, but get scared, try selling 20 or 25 of the 50 at the scare point. You can scale out of the other 30 sometimes even a few seconds or a minute later for a much bigger pop. Especially if you have hot keys available, and it isn't really pausing or hesitating. Take some on the pop, then see if the pop keeps going or pauses. Selling partial opens a lot of options and reduces the "scare factor".

Do you set up alerts? So when it hits your level you're made aware. Because some daily charts look good but sometimes it takes a few days to hit the level you're waiting for
