Great explanation of price action... just to add ..After a break down or a break out -some points to ponder - 9/10 times it retraces back to 25% . 6/10 times it retraces back to 50% .1/10 it might retrace 100% . If the 50% is sustaining, then it is a possible continuation. if it breaks, it is a conformation of the existing trend where position can be added.Here the Moving averages, candle stick patterns, color of the candles, position,overall trend, distance between the moving averages matters.
