The same strategy i use when trading breakout. Most breakouts do not test the broken trendline or level. That is why i enter immediately when the breakout happens and then draw the next possible reversal areas and wait to see the price action around those levels. When i saw for a example a reversal candlestick pattern around any of those levels i close my first trade and enter a new trade in the direction of the reversal.
For me, this is the best way to trade breakout as he did

I always wait for a retest. It's gonna look like a pullback, back to the level where it broke. Let it test that level and hold it. This will confirm this level of support. Enter the trade, set stop at the low of the pullback.

3:39 I would confirm a bullish breakout by waiting until the market forms a higher low.... You would enter a long position after the close of an engulfing candle with no lower wick.... Stop-loss below the previous support (resistance turn support) and your take profit would target the next key level.
