it really looks like they tried to make an NTR 2, the problem she has tho is that the disarm is too short to do anything a lot of times and it can't stop special attacks like the hammer bro's red eyes attack or the helm knights atk down, in that sense ntr s3 is still stronger to keep her alive tbh and the dmg ntr does is also better against st. Vina is fine, not amazing but she works well

Based from what I've seen her s3 basically Nearl alter but with more block and deal aoe instead of single target. Both also do the same thing which deal true damage to block target

Honestly I'd probably stick with skill2, and use her as a support / backliner. 20% physical damage reduction and multi hit unlimited skill is really nice.
I'd say Vivanna is more built to be put on a lane without a healer or anything and should be able to manage while vina boosts others.
I do think the archetype needs a module, I do fear how that effects Surtr tho.

She's good but her skill hella weird (or balanced?). S1 is auto but no charge so she can't spam, S2 unlimited & hit multiple target but she only block 1 so she need someone to block, S3 is true damage CC but she need her lion to block which not very tanky. The biggest issue is she has nothing to do with arts damage tho she's arts fighter, feels like HG want to make her dreadnought but forget they have too many 6* dreadnought so they put her on arts instead lol.

nearl modx: 2372 dps, 25/40, 25s
vina (sl7?): 2010 dps (+46 dps per adj ally), 30/60, 25s
kaltsit mody: ~2000 mean dps, 0/15, 20s

the fact that vina doesnt need to block for her true damage already gives her a niche over nearl, but she does need to block for her range extension, which is pretty bad imo

i think with starting sp and damage from masteries, she should be a sidegrade to both nearl and kal

If she didn't have true damage she would have been kinda underwhelming, but her true DMG capability compensate for that, i only have amiya that i don't use and kaltsit that needs 2 deployments, so vivi will be a great addition to my true dmg roster

guys, hear me out, excuse me of my yapping.

Wisadel is built easy and broken, probably, because on top of her being popular even outside of AK is also to compensate the harder content for the new and returning player who might lost the chance to built a proper 12 ops squad that can deal with any map. I suppose this is what happened with Chen and Texas (Chen to Tex is 12 banner apart (?) and Tex to Wis is 15 banner apart (?) so I can theorize the brokenest ops pattern here), both also have reach outside of AK community. there is a case of Ling but she need some degree of AK gameplay understanding to be properly "broken" while Ela and Yato is a case of collaboration and also need some level of map and enemies experience to as to not waste their broken ability.

Vina is built for player who already have a hand on a more completed roster who seek more gameplay option rather than to enhanced the number play of your roster.

see why I mention only limited ops when I talk about Wis? because the only thing I disagree with Wis to Vina comparison is that limited and non limited ops assessment have to be approached differently than just their in game performance. the correct comparison for Vina is to Mlynar, Reed, Logos, and moreso, Degenbrecher in which I think if they are the top(est)tier, Vina is below them but still belong to a high tier performance just closely right behind Ines and Typhoon.
