Yup. Arts damage is inconsistent for AFK skill since Res is much stronger at gutting arts damage than Def is at stopping physical damage.

Vina not having any res shred or additional cc to pair onto it just make it a weak version of any physical counterpart of that sort of AFK skill as seen with Blaze.

Marcille S2 manage to offset the weakness of afk arts skill thanks to the increase AOE radius of the attack, increase attack interval, and the slow it inflicts per attack.
