I was hoping you would address the things that one tends to worry about which are pertaining to future/past. For which things aren’t really in your hand right now. For example - will our new born be happy, healthy & safe? Or will be able to be a responsible adult taking care of my family? Basically the worries there isn’t any specific action you can take right now for it. Would love it if you could make a short video on this too.

Sometimes the worry is about others. Catastrophic thoughts about what might happen to people we love. Things that are out of our control. Any thoughts on that?
