Hi Yall, several years ago I was at a work function that was actually a BBQ Competition. I know, crazy right? Well that is where I first saw the LA CAJA China. The pork cooked on this thing was amazing and I made a note to self, I may need one! Fast forward to this video where we had an opportunity to pick one up.
This video shows the assembly of this cooker, it was really quite simple. The packaging was great and we only had one very small piece of damage. The only word of caution we would have is to watch for the sharp edges. Wear gloves if you feel it is necessary. We hope you enjoy the video and be sure to check back for our first whole hog cook!
