Just requested a refund. It's a great game when it works but 99% of the time it simply does not work.
Releasing games in such an extremely broken state is unacceptable.

I requested a refund 8 times, I was denied 8 times (I live in Italy, European Citizen, 30 hours of play, more than 2 weeks I purchased the game) now I have already filled out the ninth refund request in 2 days

You know, I wanted to try the game because I loved my time with Starship Troopers Extermination. I tried to install this. My Antivirus software prevented some BS. to be installed on my computer so probably because of it my copy won't even start. Now this option the game is not what I expected is not even there! You get I can't successfully purchase/ DLC or bonus content missing/ I 'm having trouble with my retail CD key/ gameplay or technical/I want to permanently remove this game from my account. So the last option is the only one that leads you to refund and there you get stuck in infinite loop of not being able to refund the game... When you choose the last option you get 2 choices Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently / No I changed my mind or wanted to request refund when you choose the 2nd option you are returned to previous menu :D The hell

this is a great way to get your refund denied you have to put in a proper reason is you are over 2 hours

Yehq i tried it. It was decent. Multiplayer matchmaking didnt seem to work well.

I tried to finish quickly but to get a ful experience i still ended with 2.4 hours

2 hours isnt enough nowadays to judge a game...
