I can't believe that every pilot remember all this abbreviations just to check weather reports nowadays.

Archaic it would be so easy to code the automated weather to speak plain English!! I mean its 2021 we have SIRI voice recognition software etc--its time to change or do we have to wait for the old fogies who run Aviation to die off! Humble Aviation not your fault brilliant tutorial! It's like having a PC run on DOS.

Its half hourly in europe make sure no body get confused, also valid for 2 hours and TAF validity is mentioned usually 9 or 12 hours 🤔
