Turles didn't eat the whole fruit mind you. He took ONE bite and then crushed the rest of it, cause he believed it was all he needed. Imagine if he ate the whole fruit instead of wasting 95%of it, he would've been monstrous

After eating the fruit of the Tree of Might, Turles is able to swat x10 Kaioken Goku with minimum difficulty. Something that you guys overlooked, was that Goku was unable to use the x10 Kaioken until after his training at 100g. After his arrival on namek, and subsequent defeat of the Ginyu force, Ginyu states that his powerlevel would be somewhere around 60, 000. Goku uses a normal x2 standard Kaioken, and his power jumps up to 180, 000. So we know that the level of strength required for the x10 Kaioken is about 60, 000. You also seem to forget that Goku and freinds can hide their powerlevels. Goku would especially do this if he was utterly outclassed by his opponent.
Goku using x10 Kaioken would have a powerlevel of 600, 000, a level beyond first form Freeza. Turles, who knocked x10 Goku away without suffering any kind of damage, would have a powerlevel FAR greater than that. His power would probably be at least twice Goku's. (though I will admit that this is speculation)
Turles is not as strong as FF Freeza, by any stretch of the imagination. However his power definitely breeches 1, 000, 000, after eating the fruit from the Tree of Might. Turles would have a powerlevel of 1, 400, 000. To put that into view, Freeza's powerlevel in his third form, was 1, 300, 000. Also, please note that even Freeza showed appearant shock when Goku used x20 kaioken to actually hurt him. The fact that Turles said that Goku's power was "Skyrocketing" in no way indicates that Goku can even challenge him in strength.
Honestly, i don't agree with your incredible nerf of the Character, but I do appreciate the video and will leave a like.

Turles is in an interesting place.

On the one hand, his video comes out during the Namek Saga. Logic states that Turles is comparable to Frieza's minions or the Ginyu Force.

Goku notably uses two abilities: Spirit Bomb and Kaio-Ken x10/20. The fact that Goku can go Kaio-Ken x10 at least suggests that Turles is at least comparable to Captain Ginyu. After all his training, where Goku claims he can easily do Kaio-Ken x10 now, Goku was a bit stronger than Captain Ginyu.

Now, if you assume the original dialogue of 10x Kaio-Ken, then that means Goku had to multiply his power by ten. Per the movie booklet, as you mention, Turles has a PL near 30, 000, and is then jumped to over Goku's PL at 300, 000. Turles STILL wins, but mathematically speaking, Turles is still weaker than Frieza.

So, in short, Turles is significantly stronger than KK10 Goku. Since power scale goes off % differences rather than actual numbers, we can safely estimate that Turles probably had a PL in the 400k+ range, possibly more.

Goku's Spirit Bomb, with no numbers, was far higher than Turles' power.

I was actually a fan of the tree of might. it was an interesting concept to drain the planets energy to get great power. thought it confused me at the time, still does a bit, but turles was pretty much the closest we got to an evil goku.
I loved that turles came back know xenoverse 2 as more of a bigger threat. it's a nice change of pace from the usual frieza, cell and buus.
