- Budgeting
- Paying off debt
- Increasing income
- No FOMO investing
- Saving is greater than 20% of income
- Automating all bills/investments
- Not falling victim to lifestyle creep
- Investing into low cost index funds & ETFs

I consistently did this for a decade.

I don’t go for glitz and glam.
