There's a old lady and a young lady.
To see a young lady 4 ways:
1) Carefully look at the eye formed as an ear
2) The lip formed as a necklace.
3) Try the tip nose forming as a neckline
4) If you still can't see the young lady, focus the direction of the black hair facing slightly tilted to the side

In the original, the eye and the ear are a lot less distinguishable, here it’s like obviously an eye which made it harder to see the young woman.
