Rodents, roaches, ants and other insects seem to really hate Pine-sol. They'll walk right through insecticides, but for whatever reason they avoid pine-sol.

This doesn't surprise me. They can build a nest in the walls of your house too! That's how it is at my neighbors house. He has a raccoon nest inside the walls. I have seen them going in and out of a large hole that they chewed from the outside. My neighbor said they get inside the house & attic often & can hear them in the walls. He won't fix the problem because he is elderly and the house is very old and can't pay for pest control.
