the problem is that you followed the theme park world rule of "1 toilet per 1000 people is probably fine"

if you're gonna do another 100 cycles, do keep track of algae amounts (in the right of the screen there's this thing where "new material" pops up right? well you can click on "view more" and then pin stuff so you can always see it. it'll show all materials withing duplicant's reach).
i'm kinda amazed you reached 100 cycles with so many dupes and still have algae lying around, but i'm giving it no more than 50 more cycles before the great algae depression hits.

Toilets can be tricky
I reccomend using closed loop, cleaning poluted water and feeding it back to toilets/sinks
And just feed all excess polluted water to hydro farm block, with reed fiber
Also i like to completly seal the "back" of this setup, storing all polluted dirt, later feeding it to two pokeshells
Implemented this in my last playtrough, worked without issues (currently on cycle 1600)

Every Dupe has a little bar for a few things: Hunger, Sleepiness, and Bladder. When it's full, it's full...and when it's empty, it's empty. They react in kind, so you know...no one to blame but yourself 😬
