You keep on mixing the terms "reduced echelon form" and "echelon form". Other than that you´re doing a great job - keep it up!

Sir, thank you for the great video. I am wondering that if you use echelon reduction form, do we have to add -1 and multiplication depending on we shift row and divide values according to the law of echelon reduction form? Why did you not consider them into account in this video? Or is it only the case when we solve a determinant?

as you find the the eigen vector after putting the values your addition is very wrong
