Shame for bad behavior is ok. Shame for existing is not ok.

I was told if a kid does not feel shame then be scared because it means they are ruthless or even a psychopath.Shame is also used in school.

Every psych major I met in college was there to cure their own demons. The psychological profession has done a lot of damage to people in the name of help.

I believe that forgiveness handles this. I have long had a thought that unforgiveness gives shame the ability to grow in our soul and thinking. Forgiveness isn't for them its for my own growth and healing. Even if I feel they don't deserve forgiveness, I remind myself it's not letting them off the hook so to speak but for my healing mentally and physically. ????

Correct! And remember, many children can be VERY strong-willed and challenging, by the nature of personality, we all have one! I'm mom of 3 granny 2 boys! 5 &9! All my major corrections involve them going within and finding their core inner power, and making the connection to USE that deeply innate Personal Power in a Constructive Way to reach their goals! aka getting what they want! It's a 2 way street! Make that Power Constructive and granny obliges! It's JUST That Easy!

I do not understand why you target everyone's parents as the source of all their psychological problems. To me, and others, this is simply not true. In your talks you seem totally clueless concerning the effect outside influence has in the formative years. Your only focus seems to be to dump on the parents. For instance, have you any idea what goes on with children who have disabilities of any kind, physical or psychological, and how they are treated by people outside their family. Disability is a health problem not a character flaw. It is very annoying to hear you encompass all parents as being ' bad parents'; I don' t find that to be a fact. Are you just giving opinions on these videos based on your own perspective or are you a psychiatrist or psychologist.
